Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Big Sky Automation website and services. By submitting a form, booking a call, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Big Sky Automation, located in Stevensville, Montana, United States. Contact: info@bigskyautomation.com.

2. Mobile messaging program terms

You consent to receive text messages by checking the consent box on our form or by giving us your number and agreeing verbally. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent is specific to the person who gave it. We do not accept consent given on someone else's behalf.

How we handle your mobile number is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Services

We provide Google Business Profile management, review generation, website design, and related marketing automation services for home service businesses. The specific scope of what you receive is set out at the time of purchase.

SkyHigh Reviews

$397 per month, plus a one-time $300 setup fee. Month to month, no long term contract. The setup fee covers onboarding, your initial audit, and the included website build. Full setup is typically live within 14 to 21 days of your onboarding call.

Territory exclusivity

We work with one business per trade, per service area. While you are an active client, we will not take on a direct competitor in your trade and market.

Included website

Where a website is included with your plan, that website is yours. If you cancel, the site does not disappear, though ongoing hosting and maintenance arrangements are handled separately.

4. Billing and cancellation

• Monthly fees are billed in advance on the same day each month.
• The setup fee is charged once, at the start.
• There is no long term contract. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.
• We do not prorate partial months.
• Third party costs passed through at cost, such as carrier messaging fees, are billed separately and are not marked up.

5. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, a specific number of reviews, a specific volume of calls, or any particular revenue outcome. Search rankings are controlled by Google and are affected by factors outside our control. Any figures we share from past client results are examples of what has happened, not a prediction of what will happen for you.

6. Review generation policy

We ask every customer for a review. We do not filter, gate, or suppress negative reviews, and we will not build a system that routes only satisfied customers to a review page. This practice violates Google's policies and puts your profile at risk. If you ask us to implement review gating, we will decline.

We also do not write, buy, or fabricate reviews on your behalf.

7. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, including your legal business name and EIN where needed for carrier registration.
• Provide timely access to accounts we need in order to do the work, such as your Google Business Profile.
• Ensure that any customer contact information you provide to us was collected lawfully and that those customers may be contacted.
• Respond to requests for information needed to keep your setup on schedule.

8. Referral partners

Where a business is referred to us by a partner in our referral program, that partner may receive a commission. Partners are independent and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Big Sky Automation. Partners have no authority to make commitments, quote prices, or make claims on our behalf, and any such statement does not bind us. Full partner obligations are set out in our separate partner agreement.

9. Intellectual property

Content on this website is owned by Big Sky Automation. Work product we create specifically for you as part of a paid engagement, such as your website, belongs to you once paid for. Our underlying systems, templates, processes, and automations remain ours.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Sky Automation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Montana.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
